The goal should be to do corrective exercises so you do not have any pain in the joints and work with bodyweight and free weights to provide solid movement patterns.
Doing this saves your joints and gets you in shape. And yes, you look good, too!
I like this approach because not only will it save you medical bills in the future but it takes all the pressure off you to try to get into shape.
I like teaching you how things work and why you are doing certain exercises. If someone cannot tell you how something works or why you are doing it then there is a good chance they do not know themselves. |
